if there wasn't all that snow up there in DFW right now I would. but I think I'll toss one up there as soon as it goes away.

Interesting, I thought Steady Ed was credited as the inventor, and that the pie pan lids were the 'original design', learn something new everyday... Pluto platter... I like that name
I was think the same thing???
Ed invented "the modern Frisbee" which means he added the rings on the surface. And he invented the basket, for disc golf. Students threw Frisbee pie tins around, but Fred's was the first device made specifically for throwing.
