I've used the current navy blue and black powder new from the store (wal-mart) and they work great! I forgot the code thats on top of the box... I know the rit liquid dont do shit... i've heard idye poly works though
I also used brand new red and orange dye form the store. I'm not sure if the color red was called "scarlet" or not. I brought some water up almost to a boil and then threw in the box of Rit. I did this in a 5 gallon bucket. Then I threw the discs in and just waited about an hour. Pulled them and it worked fine. Of course in this case I was dyeing the entire disc a single color.
how about Idye poly it's what alot of people are useing now.
Also try a search for dyes that are for nylon...
If your looking to dye discs, I have tried a product call IDye. Their Poly formula works great!
I would listen to Wicked Dyes.

He knows what he is saying.
