What would you recommend for an 18 hole course in the mountains of North Carolina.

I really appreciate all of the insight. I think we may have to work in a combination of the two as some of the holes are not accessible to a concrete truck due to the hills and valleys.

I've never heard of the MD-10 +50 until now, I want to look into this further. I think it could be a great long lasting substitute.

Thanks

Wheel Barrow?
A Wheel Barrow will definitely work.

I know this is a random question, but how many normal sized wheel barrow loads of concrete does it take to fill a tee box?

Depends on the size of the wheel barrow.
Their are big ones for what you need.....
But be careful, don't fill it too high, spillage.
The concrete company will most likely have one.
Or do you know any disc golfers that do construction/concrete ?
RECENT POUR PHOTO with access of truck.

You can do all your concrete calculating through the Quickcrete website.....consider a 10% waste factor. A typical wheel barrel capacity is 6 cubic feet.....however that's damn heavy...cut that in half for a manageable load over any distance or terrain.
I appreciate the information I know this is somewhat elementary to a certain extent, but it is very helpful.

Concrete is best.... But a wheel barrow full of concrete can weigh as much as 600 lbs....
A typical tee pad takes 1/2 a yard or approximately 13.5 cu. ft. A manageable wheel barrow load will carry 3 to 4 cubic feet, which means 4 to 5 loads per pad....
1 cubic foot of concrete weighs approx. 150 lbs.
Wet concrete that is....
