Sea Tac(right by the airport, noisey but cool), Lakewood, Fort Steilicoom(about 40 min south in Tacoma), White River(Auburn), or you can take the ferry across Puget Sound to Bremerton and you got N.A.D.Park and Fairgrounds
Sea-Tac and Ft. Steilly. definatly have to hook up with a local for steilly and i would suggest lakewood if you are only able to hit 3. in that order.
Sea-Tac is insane! Riverside, but you will need a local to find your way around. It's in Pyallup by the way. Crystal Mountain, it's quite a drive. But it's a ski resort course and it is sick! White River was nice as well.
