I think I get it for the most part, but I've picked up all I know about how ratings work little bits and pieces at a time, and it's all been word of mouth.

Can someone please (Chuck Kennedy maybe?) explain in detail how the PDGA player ratings work? Thanks guys.

So the player ratings are best on a bell curve to the 'hot round' ? I just want to make sure that I understand. Is there an actual formula for this?
