Anything that is of a "noticible thickness" per PDGA rules of marking your disc is not allowed. Ink or dye are the only things allowed. Stickers are supposed to come off people! And paint of any kind is not allowed. It could add weight or stiffness.
Any thing that is added post production that changes the flight of the disc besides wear/tear and can be noticably felt or seen prohibited.
No paint...Learn to dye...there's club on here...others will teach you...just ask
Permanent Markers will work over your stencil.
No spray paint.
