My favorite disc is my 163 gm Star Wraith that I have had for about a year and a half, on average I can throw about 350- 390 ft. I can now throw no further than about 225 ft. without it taking a nose dive to the left ! I also throw sidearm. Anybody have any suggestions ?

Sounds like it's time for a new one.
Are you throwing RHBH?
Im throwing rightarm sidearm.......I always have trouble remembering exactly how you say it ?!
dude... im so sorry... I too know what it feels liek to lose a Wraith... When i lost mine i got 4 others and neither of them are the same... Im so sorry. but i picked up a pulse man and its alright. Then i got a beast pro-line beast light and man it works almost the same. Try it out also look into throwing the new plastic R-Pro or whatever. check it out online get the 150 boss! they are awesome! on second thought if you are looking for another wraith look for the one with a flat top that might help aswell.
I had a 167 Star Wraith stolen from me and never returned. I had to start over too.
sounds like you finally broke it in. now learn to throw it with a little hyzer, it will flip up and go a little left before planeing out and going straight (forever)on the glide before fading slightly right. if you loved it before, you will love it even more once you get the hyzer flip down. you'll be throwing that baby 420ft before you know it.
420 !!!!
It was doing that before, but now it just acts like a dead bird. It also feels like Im throwing with to much power and not getting the snap and the results I was before.
Excaliber is an awsome sidearm disc.It dares you to throw it as hard as you can.It wont flip unlike the wraith.

If you are adding more power and snap to your shot, you may have to upgrade to a more overstable disc that can handle it.
I throw with a lot of people who swear by the TeeRex for their sidearm shot. Good Luck!
or move up to a destroyer?
I kinda had a similar thing happen to my 12X star Wraith.
Once I starting figuring out how to properly throw backhand (I still need work), I found that I couldn't throw the lighter discs at all. I'm sure the same applies to forehanders, what with the basic mechanics still intact. They'd turn on their side and end up rolling farther than they flew. Maybe a heavier disc will help?? Helped me. Good luck with your issue.
