My favorite disc is my 163 gm Star Wraith that I have had for about a year and a half, on average I can throw about 350- 390 ft. I can now throw no further than about 225 ft. without it taking a nose dive to the left ! I also throw sidearm. Anybody have any suggestions ?

Switch to a more overstable disc for the drives you used to do with the wraith.. Maybe try to use the wraith to get a forehand anheiser going? Unless you have a decent backhand that is.
Yeah, I have thrown a lot of FH for 2.5 years and I love the Wraith, but 163g and a sidearm means "dive to left". You might just suddenly be getting more arm speed relative to the spin. Try throwing with less arm speed to get it back. But really, the best thing to do would be to go more stable, like a Firebird, Max, Force or Flick (maybe a little TOO overstable).

The other thing could be the wind... a lighter Wraith into the wind with a sidearm will have a tough time.
Get a new, heavier star wraith. Maybe go to 170 - 175. And work on the hyzer-flip that was mentioned earlier. Star Wraiths rock.
Dystoryers are a great disc especially when broke it. but they are nose sensetive
