We have some Ultra-Stars with Steady Ed ashes in them...
They are on a shelf leaning against the wall with many other discs, Sometimes the Steady Ed disc will make its way to the floor every few weeks without anybody touching it.
The other discs never fall off the shelf.
Weird and True...

I think there is a total of 3 discs with Ashes in them. A Ultimate Disc , Putter and Driver.

apologies for re-opening a very old thread here.

I just got the DG set.

Does anyone know how many of these sets were made?

I justified the expense to my partner that they would have value in years to come (ill probably NEVER sell), cost me a pretty packet, price + shipping + import taxes.

Will they hold value (ie keep them in a nice frame) or should I throw them?

Didnt get a cert of authenticity or anything so maybe i was fooling her that it was an "investment"

I got mine the first week they were out. I believe there 4000 discs made for sale @ $100 each (free mini!) to raise $400,000 for a museum. That was the story at the time, anyway. I threw the Ed driver onto my roof for an hour or so, just to satisfy his desire.

Thanks for the reply, yeah, seems the "very limited edition" isnt as limited as we sometimes advertised, no worries. I think im going to use the putter for the gimme putts as Terry did, its a nice gesture, driver will look good up on the wall ;) I'd feel to guilty throwing it into some muddy swamp.

Well,  they certainly can't make any more of 'em. That's limited.

I have a couple of Midnight Flyers signed by Ed and one addressed to me personally when I met him !!!
