workin with it thoughout the weekend and im already noticing
that my grip on the disc is much much stronger.the Snap Band
really works the hand and arm good.

be careful as your grip increases you may have a tendency to griplock as you may not be use to holding it tightly.

im glad i throw forehand. you really really have to
screw it up to grip lock it !
