The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

It's about to get crazy in here, but what is your pick for the best disc golf club in the country and why?

I'm seeing some really cool stuff from the Springfield Disc Golf Club.  Their tournament stamped discs and their bagtags look awesome.  Okay, well I guess that's all superficial and I know nothing about their actual club, I just wanted to give them a shout out and get conversation started.

This is a great question. I'm looking forward to reading responses.
Although there can be no question about the bias in this post, I've got to nominate Waterloo Disc Golf Club in Austin TX. Waterloo is an incredible disc golf force and is well ingrained in the Austin community. Waterloo organizes countless work days each year and is largely responsible for all the maintenance that occurs on the courses in and around Austin (click here to checkout our course map). They raise a huge amount each year for various charities, organize weekly play around the city, and conduct well-run and popular tournaments, including the Waterloo Classic - one of Disc Golf's oldest tournaments (this year will be the 33rd Annual Waterloo Classic). As if that was not enough, Waterloo works cooperatively to help other disc golf clubs in our area by giving funds and sharing rousources, and is partnered with the city on charting the future growth of Austin disc golf.

There is no question that disc golf exists largely because of all of the great clubs that exist everywhere. These clubs are the fiber and backbone of our sport, and many are responsible from saving disc golf from extinction in their communities, so it's gonna be hard to pick "the best". I've gotta give a special shout out to the Borderland Disc Golf club in Massachusetts who were our good friends when we got our start before moving to Austin. The Borderland Club is a great group of fun-loving folks.

Waterlooooooo!!!
A great nomination, and they reach out beyond the Austin area. Anytime I've ever needed help in any way, one email or call usually garners a response that exceeds what I was looking for.
Don't know how they compare, but I love their name....The UFOS (United Flyers of Sonoma) The've put on some great tournaments (Willit's KOA) Still the most fun I've EVER had at a tournament. Plus they have worked hard to grow the sport and get some courses in. Sounds easy, but were land is $$$ and the county (Sonoma) is one of the most difficult to work with I have ever seen. They keep working and banging away.
So I don't know if they are the best? but they at least get some kudo's from me!
One thing fer sure.....it ain't us.
Another Texas sized shout out would have to be for the ADGA. (Arlington Disc Golf Assoc.) Thanks guys for the VPO, the Fahrenheit Fling, and the Club Championships along with every thing else you do.

I'd be interested to know, beyond the quality of organization, which club has the best players.
