I would love to support companies that support disc golf - but $110.00 is a little steep for me. I'll have to stick to New Balance - they make wide sizes (I'm EEE width), they last and the price is in my range.
Yes it's great they are dropping money for the sport. But I got Keen shoes this spring, and they began to fall apart the FIRST round. The free replacement pair began to unravel within a week. The rubber disconnected from the leather, and I had to fill it in with super glue. Now I plant hard, but even my grocery-store brand shoes usually hold up longer off the bat. I don't trust Keen footwear now due to my experience.
i own 6 pair of keen shoes. i put them through some tough workouts and i have never had any problems with them. i have a pair for everything.work (brick mason), back country hikes, countless rounds of disc golf, playing on the river, bumming around town and dancing at concerts. i will stand behind them 100%. as for the price... you get what you pay for imo. but what does my opinion matter to anyone except myself
i agree with the support those who support us but i dont have that kind of $$$. maybe when i can compete with you and win them big purses on tour:)
ok post some pics of the pink ones for chics!!!lol
They came out in more neutral colors at first, more colors to come as the popularity of these shoes increase.

Maybe eventually some in Pink for the Women.
I do note that they only come in the colors of Avery's bag. Coincidence? I think not. :-)
I hike with Keen shoes and if they are as good as those then I may have to get some
As a company that supports disc golf. I hope that Keen can generate enough sales.
Own 3 different pairs, sandals & Disc Golfing shoes (not the one shown).

As far as costs go, most disc golfers will shy away.
Go to the different sites and can get sale pricing at Altrec, Zappos, Rei, Onlineshoes.......

The "Wasatch" is the same shoe. Saw a pair at TravelCountry.
It's lightweight.

Like my Keen Targhees.
Own Merrell.
Like Teva.

Good Luck!

$74.99!
It's not the same shoe. The new disc golf shoe appears to have a "blow-out" patch on the outside part of the foot. I usually wear out my disc golf shoes in that spot. My bite shoes have this extra patch too and are still doing fine after 2 seasons...a record.
They are definitely the same style with a few alterations and modifications to insure durability.
I ordered my pair yesterday.
