The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

What's up fellow disc golfers?  I'll be in the Kansas City, MO area for a few days as I'll be there for work.  I get in this Tuesday the 24th at 4:30 pm and leave the evening of Friday the 27th.  I'm not sure what time sunset is but I'd be down to throw Tuesday night and/or, preferably both, Wednesday.  I'll need to be done with my round no later than 4pm on Wednesday.

I've done a little research and it looks like the courses I for sure want to play are Water Works and I believe it's Cliff Dive?  I'm also open to suggestions.  What I'm looking for is someone rad enough to pick me up and drop me off at my hotel Tuesday night and again on Wednesday .  I'll be staying at the InterContinental at the Plaza.  I'll kick down for gas of course.  I'd like to play Water Works that night or if there is some nearby Dubs action going on at a decent course, I'd be down for that too.  Wednesday I'd like to play both courses at Cliff Dive and maybe another round at Water Works if time permits.  Idealy, I'd like to play from 8-4 that day.

A little about me:  My name is Louie. I'm 30 years old.  I'll be traveling from Anchorage, Alaska.  Yes, we play disc golf up here.  And no, we don't have polar bears as caddies, haha.  PDGA #31463.  I've been playing for 6 years.  The sport of disc golf is my passion.

Who I'm looking to play with:  Not "frolfers" but disc golfers.  A group of no more than 4.  Those who play with tournament etiquette.  Someone who could pick me up and drop me off at my hotel.  Those who don't carry a disc in one hand and a 40 oz in the other (I'm not against drinking on the course I just don't find the one disc wonders to be as serious about the sport.)  Around my age.  The ladies are welcome of course.  I bet there are some good ones down there.

If you have any questions please send me a message and I'll get back to you asap as I leave in about 30 hours from now.  Thanks for reading.  If you can only play one day or another that's cool too.  I'm hoping several of you will be down.  I hope to hit up a round or two with you soon.

Water Works is an awesome course, but i wasn't too impressed with cliff drive. It's in a very bad part of town and there is so much trash. Pretty sketchy if you ask me.
I started reading this and got to your self-description and just started laughing.  Have fun in MO.

Check out DGR for some folks as well Louie.
