off Beltline and 30 on the southwest side... you cant miss it.
it's a tough course. favors leftys a bit. good mix of elevation and risk VS reward IMHO.
Jim did a great job. it may need a few tweaks but I rate it a 8.5 out of 10 right out of the gate.

I think I'll go check it out on Friday and may try to make the tourney Sunday too.

Had a good turnout for the tourney for such short notice, sixty-five players. A steady drizzle and natural teeboxes made the day kinda fun too. The city did say the y were going to install 12 ft teeboxes before too long.
Overall a good mix of short tight holes and some long holes with interesting mandos such as hole eighteen, a double mando 831 foot uphill and downhill with O.B. roadway running the entire right side.
I believe the course par was 58 which seemed pretty reasonable and should be more than attainable after the cement tees are poured. In fact I would think if you manage the longer holes and the mandos correctly, you could easily shoot around six to eight under. That said, if you don't you could easily shoot six to eight over course par too.
Nice park with nice elavation changes, well manicured grass ans just enough trees to keep it interesting.
Well worth the trip and a good addition to DFW disc golf.
