USDGC ROCS

Hello all, i am new to this site. I've been collecting ce plastic for about 2 years now and have a lot so i kinda got bored with collecting it. i am now on a USDGC roc collecting frenzy but have a lot of questions before i start Dishing up money toward them. my most Important question is that i notice some come in bags with COA's and some don't. So i asked a few people why this was and they said that this is because some years they just did not put them in bags. but sometime i would see discs from the same years in bags and some not. I have seen Zonedriven.com and roc collecting.com and usdgc.com but found know answers to this. hopefully some of you guys could elaborate on my questions. thank you for your time and have a great day.

you want to go to championroc.com. The 2007,2008, and 2009 are in a bag with header card and certificate card.  2010 in a box with a certificate card and 2011 just a certificate card.  2001 to 2006 no card or bag.  Make sure you are not getting the dubble ar miss prints.
