Has anyone tried the new Vibram Ascent?  What do you think?

it is eerily similar to a teebird, but in vibram's junk x-link plastic.

I assume that when you say junk x-link plastic, what you mean is Vibram's amazing X-Link, which is a compression molded rubber based material that provides optimal grip and durability in one material. Unlike plastics where you have to choose grip or durability, rubber gives you both.

Imagine driving on plastic tires, where you would have to choose grip or durability!

Correction. More predictable, especially in wind.

Is it just me or are a lot of discs compared to a Teebs flight?
They are...but I had one of these proto ascents briefly. They look and fly like teebirds/eagles...really.

It seemed like a great disc but I already have teebirds and eagles that are slightly longer, so I traded it.
I look forward to trying the disc for myself, from what I hear so for sounds nice!
