The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

After a recent round, my buddy and I went the food store. In the well lit store we noticed that we had major dirt stains on the shoulders of our shirts. So tonight I'm going to wash the straps of my 3 bags.

Yes , bags too............. I have seen some bags that look like a dog had a tug a war with it then a truck ran it over in the mud !!!!!
My main small bag is only about 4 months old and the bag maker just assured me that it is safe for me to put the whole bag in the wash machine on gentle cycle with mild detergents. They said older bags might have problems and reiterated the gentle cycle only.
When your bag is so dirty it needs washing, buy a new one. Feed the addiction and help our troubled economy.
Don't do it! My straps got frayed and the plastic buckles started breaking like crazy right after I washed it (because of poison oak). It was a cheap Innova one but all the same. I've replaced all the broken buckles with keyrings and singed the frayed parts, but it has another season, tops.
Always Check with the Manufacturer for Specific Washing Instructions when in doubt !!!!!!
Well, Mikey, we just had our conversation this afternoon about my bag straps not leaving any marks on my clothes...LOL Your response. My poop doesnt stink....LOL And my straps are 2 years old. Woohoo.
yea I put mine in the top shelf of the dish washer from time to time
After reading all the posts, I'm left with one thing prying on my mind.... do you guy make sure your shoes match your bag before leaving the house???
This Forum is turning into a Martha Stewart chat!! I just need to go to bed after leaving the bar!!! Ha!!
No offense intended. .....Just poking fun!!!
Travis, you should check my picture gallery in which you will find my discs in my dish drying rack....LOL
Good Call. Gently Cycle it is...but if my straps tear I'm suing you you Mike!
Mild soapy warm water , cold rinse , clothes line dry.
