Now that the Warship has been out for a bit and those that have bought them have had time to throw them, lets here some thoughts. Did it make your bag? Why or why not? Which plastic did you get, Tourney or VIP? What weight and color? Domey or not domey?

I found the VIP plastic to be a bit more domey and stable than the Tourney plastic. I currently have a 173g Hot Pink one in my bag.

The glide and distance is insane on this disc for being a mid. The distance potential is long long long. On longer distance pulls its kind of its own animal, but slowing it down it behaves a lot like a Roc. The nice part is due to the reduced armspeed I can be way more accurate with it.

It is definately in my bag.

I am late to the show, I just ordered a VIP tonight. I will have to get back to you, sounds exciting though.

The numbers look similar to the innova gazelle. I'm guessing its super straight and stable. What are the plastics similar to? I may be interested :)

Straight and stable, yes, but way more glide than a Gazelle. VIP plastic is like Champion with a little more grip. Tournament plastic is, well, like tournament plastic. Discraft makes Titanium plastic which is like Tourney plastic now I guess.

Love the TI plastic!! I'll have to check this disc out.

I have a orange Tourney 166g  not domey I'll say it stable , I use mine as FW driver and for short driving hole and has a lot of glide very accurate ---thinking of getting a VIP in a heavier weight==== in the bag YES

Would u compare this is to a slower teebird or TL? Also is the tourney plastic less stable than the VIP? Looking to possibly pick this disc up today :)

well to me it's a slower T- bird others might not thinks so ---- it has a nice little fade at the end

have not  used a VIP looking at getting one - I think the more I break it in the more I'm going to love it

i have an orange VIP warship on the domey side it made my bag , and when ever i pull it out i say " everyone should have one of these in their bag ! " reminds me of a smaller condor with way more glide . i'm so happy with it i have already ordered a tourney plastic warship , its on its way !

what weight VIP

174 for VIP 175 for tournement , the max weight i saw at marshallstreet was 177 .

It is slower than the Teebird and TL, and does hold some similar lines, but thats about it. It has way more glide than either of those. I would say it is more comparable to the Lat64 River, but a little slower and more stable. It can also hold a low line and settle without the big skip that you get with larger winged discs.

I am getting it out to about 325' on regular course use and I know I am no where near its distance potential. I have a buddy hitting 425'+ crazy flex shots with it on course. He is a BEAST, and I don't have anywhere near his potential at my age, but the disc is capable over a wide range of powers and styles.

yes true it does have more glide then the bird or tl, I would say river too , I agree on the low line I'm not getting your distance with my 51yr  noodle arm I'm hitting 260' on a good throw  maybe once it gets beat in I might get more D ----it only has about a dozen throws on it ---- great disc
