I am coming off of a serious shoulder/bicep injury and wonder which (if any) stretches do you find to be the best before you play?

12-18" of surgical tubeing say .375 dia. this works the best in my opinion. You can really stretch out using this and can keep it your bag as it doesn't add any significant weight. try it out for less than 3.00$ at your local hardware store.

I stretch my arm into the cooler, then proceed to do deep elbow bends, then repeat with the other hand :) Good to go!
12 ounce curls baby!

I have a nasty rotater cup issue. I can actually throw my whole shoulder out and it will rotate onto my chest (nasty). Trying to put off surgery. I like to find a hogh branch and hang or dangle from it, seems to stretch the shoulder out really well.
Gnarly!
lol Bryce you rock.
I stretch most of my body, but I tend to especially focus on my arms and shoulders. I start off by stretching my arms horizontally across my body, then put my other arm behind my elbow and stretch it out, also pivoting at my hips. I also rotate both arms in a windmill motion. I then stretch out my legs by pulling my ankle up. I also, keeping my knees locked, stretch one arm to the opposite foot to stretch out my calves and thighs.

All pretty standard stuff, but its mainly to warm up a bit and prevent injury.
