Good Question: I just started using a shuffle...

Led Zep
AC/DC - Already one of my favorites when looking at a long downhill putt with nothing but air behind the basket...Angus and company playing Big Balls....HAHA
Jimmy Buffett
The Who
Little Feat
Beatles
Pink Floyddddddd
Steely Dan
Cowboy Mouth
David Sanborn, Mile Davis, Stanly Jordan for a quick Jazz fix

Maybe a little RUSH 2112 is what I need to add in?? hmmm
You need to know the shuffle for that last group of people.
Ahhh yess..2112 the album that got me hooked. Or a little Farewell to Kings??????
stanley jordon, heck yes
Goodness me...I'm a bit out there compare to the mainstream music referred to on this post...

I play my best while listening to Drum n' Bass--LTJ Bukem, Dieselboy, DJ Dara, Subfocus, Blame, etc...but my favorite to glide along to is progressive house--Paul Van Dyk, Sasha, John Digweek, Oakenfold, Paolo Mojo, etc...I do throw in quite a bit of house and electro now and then--Plastikman, Zabiela, Seb Fontaine, Gui Barrato, etc...pretty much electronic music faster than 133 bpm..but thats the way I roll...
Right?! What's up with all the angry music? You're out with nature, for cryin' out loud!

I always thought Goa Trance went well with sunshine and green...parks
I think if people do it more to pump themselfs up for drives. The whole male testosterone thing, I like relaxing music, cause like you said your in nature so I'm happy. Plus laid back music helps my relax and focus when I'm doing my upshots or putts.

I find heavier music pumps me up too much for drives anyway and end up driving into a tree or ground. Instead of a nice smooth snap and fallow through.

That's just for me though.
The new ISIS albumn is quite awesome.
No Rain-Blind melon

Keep Hope Alive-Chemical Brothers

Freewheel Burning-Judas Priest

Mountain Song-Janes Addiction

In The Air Tonight-NonPoint remix

Hey Man Nice Shot-Remix(Filter)

Flying High again-Ozzy

Fast as a Shark-Accept

Slip it in-Black Flag

Roller-April Wine

I Stay Away-Alice in Chains

Shadow on the Sun-Audioslave

Aces High-Iron Maiden

all on my page, and very much "disc golf" related songs IMO :)
Tom Petty, hands down. Maybe showing my age - 50 - but there's nothing better than a little TP and the Heartbreakers on my ipod ear buds.
I'm only 21 and I LOVE Tom Petty. Hes Truly one of the greatest song writers of our time.
You've obviously got good taste Judozuna.
