Whitehall Township Disc Golf Course vandalism

Last Friday (March 26)  24 baskets were trashed at Whitehalls course.  Most of them will need to be replaced, but some of them will be ok with new cages. Please let us know if you happened to be out there Friday or if you have heard anything.  Whitehall Leagues will be offering a reward.  Thanks

I spent an hour picking up broken beer bottles at my course Lakeshore today that someone thought would be fun to smash last night with no regard for consequences. Like the kids that live and play there, the dogs, people's feet, my time, respecting the private property owner, keeping the course free, etc! I thought that was bad but it doesn't compare.

That is total BS. I have been excited to get up there this year and check out the extra nine. All that hard work by the locals to improve a course and some knuckleheads have to ruin it.
How does the township feel about this? Hopefully they dont plan on pulling the course.

Hey guys, put your ears to the ground and talk to all that use the park. Someone knows who did this damage. More than likely some pissed off, drunk kids. That one basket can be welded. Good luck in rounding up the buttholes.
