it just sucks when you live in an area that has limited retail and only sells the two big guys, innova and discraft. I know that all companies are available trough online retailers but it is nice to hold or even throw a disc before buying it in my opinion. Here in WI pretty much all innova and discraft even from the vendors at tourneys

Neither ;) At this time my fav long distance drivers are either Lat 64 Bolt or Westside King. However, for tight course and no room for a big skip. I carry a Orc, Valkyrie, and a Vision. I only have on Discraft distance driver and that's their Nuke. I just never liked Discraft drivers or they didn't like me, but I love their midrange discs.

Oh, I also carry a Starlight Katana and a Vulcan for tailwind shots.

discraft midrange discs are absoloutely awesome!!!! The roc will always be a go to but discraft makes some sweet overstable mid range plastic

I've thrown just about all discraft and innova. I think discraft is better in the way if you buy 10 discraft driver (same kind) 8 of them will fly the same. Innova it's more like 4-5 out 10 will fly the same. That being said my drivers are all innova, only because I feel they have more disc that fit into my level of play.

So I'm Innova on drivers, Discraft on Midrange. Putters are good from everybody.

can not agree with you more though i am starting to like the discraft surge a lot and will never take my three rocs out of my bag

i say lat makes some amazing drivers. Innova has some great as well as discraft. I say no company has a better driver, just pros and cons of different styles and stuff.

imo:

Innova has overall best driver (Only saying this because i love the wraith)

Lat64 has 2nd best (if not better) drivers

discraft has best mids (with some amazing drivers to boot)

I throw a mix of Discraft Lat 64 and Innova.  I prefer L64 over anything.  Superior grip, durability, no break in period that I can tell, and just flat out cool looking.

Lat 64:

Flow

Vision

River

Discraft:

Nuke SS

Force

Innova:

Star Vulcan

Star Roadrunner

Star Katana

Star Wraith

Champion Valkyrie

Star Valkyrie

Star Beast

If I had to fill a bag being brand loyal my game wouldn’t suffer too much but definitely be uncomfortable. I tend to throw plastic that compatible with my throwing style, especially with drivers.

My putters and up shots are wizards, my mid’s are rocs and drivers are mixed.

For anyone that throws one brand more power to you, if it works it works right? But if you’re new to the game and not seasoned yet don’t limit your disc selection to one brand. Rather throw a type of disc that fit your throw, arm speed, torque and snap especially with drivers .

I have never been able to get any brand other than Innova to work for me, I still have some original Cyclones in my collection that I tried years ago but could never get flight out of them.

Lat 64 has an answer to almost every Innova disc and plastic, especially Star.  Lat 64's Gold Line is superior to star in every way, and it's true to it's ratings out of the box.

I like both Innova and Discraft. The Wraith and Nuke are two of my favorite drivers. I recently bought a Latitude 64 "Flow" gold line. It is superior in quality to all my other discs, and I think I will try more of the Lat64 discs. I also have a few Millenium discs and I like them also, but I think they are made by Innova.
thanks for all the insight people! it seems to me that innova is carried more by disc shops than any other brand. atleast from the shops in my local are, i like what i here about lat 64, deffenitly open to try all types of discs!
