Sorry, I have never experienced or heard of those symptoms. Generally severe pain is your body's way of saying you are doing something wrong.

LOL i was BUDDY!!! (In preperation to wip you A$$ tomorrow) at the net in the store instead of sitting in front of this computer...But as Mark said i think again i am doing something wrong again
I would agree with mark on this one. I messed up my arm pretty bad in High School which led to surgery and now a titanium plate as long as my forearm in my forearm. This came into play my first dozen rounds, on every tee or every big drive. PAIN, in my palm and throught my forearm. I watched a lot of DGTV and mimicked the pro's technique and how smooth and balanced there throws are which, ultimately led to me throwing better without pain. As far as the pec it'll take a few days to completely go away, i would say dont throw the following day, only stretch it. Then get yer arse back out there!!!
