Does anyone know a good driver for wind? I'm getting back into disk golf and need to buy a new set of drivers. I'm a lefty who uses primarily sidearm and can throw 200 feet with a ten-year-old Innova leopard. Can someone tell me what I should be looking for in a good driver?

learn to throw righty... ; )
But us lefties are always right.
Depends on what kind of power and snap you can generate. I'd stay away from the big-rimmed uber-stable discs for a while as they need a fair amount of power to fly right. I'm liking the Avenger for my forehand shots right now.
Ok, so
-throw righty (endorsed by nuns)
-medium stability
-avengers
Also, a lefty snaps a forehand like a righty's backhand.
So, medium to slightly over-stable are the ones for wind?
star Teerex or champion starfire. Both great windy day discs and for sidearms, these are excellent.
wonderful. I was looking at the star star-fire so I think I'll have to get it.
strongly agree.
i live in wyoming so we play the wind all the time. i will throw a wraith, an inferno(not a raging inferno dt), or a pulse usually. keep them low and they will usually go good in the wind. in extreme wind i will even throw the flick

Mmmmmmmmmmm Champion Destroyer !!!!

destroyer wont work if he's only throwing 200 with a lepoard
how about a tee bird great dics easy to learn and will help your form
I use a pulse ss which they never mass produced. Probably the equivalent is a surge.
The Starfire and the Avenger are very similar discs. The Avenger is slightly more stable but you'll be fine with the Starfire. For really high winds you might wanna snag a Firebird also.
