There's a CrossFit place here in Ann Arbor which I checked out once. It's a great way to get into excellent shape but is very intense & demanding. I personally would not be able to do 2-3 CrossFit workouts a week and get in quality golf and disc golf rounds. I prefer to do my own workouts that are more targeted to what I need for my 2 sports of golf & disc golf. I am not a trainer so I do not dispense advice on how to work out, I have just figured out a few things over time via trial and error.
dude its intense but just stick with it! its hard for me to stay on it and find time in my day to do it, there isnt enough hours in the day! haha after plyo which is what youll do the second day, you wont be able to walk the next day haha
