Worlds tourney

Trying to figure out how to register, for some reason I can't get the website to open for me! I had it once, I know theres a way to get to it, but can't quite figure it out rt. now, anyone know?? Only have two days to register rt.? Hope I can get in, finally got the money, but no access! Starting to wonder if I should go at all!!!
