The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Well we just about have the courses ready for the Ozark Mountain Open next weekend.

For those of you you have never played these 2 courses don't miss this opportunity to play what was once the #1 hardest ranked course in the world ( Ozark Mountain par 72) and the scenic par 3 course Akita's Run!.

Gateway is making an attempt to buy the 240 acres from other family memebrs in order to be able to have disc golf here full time.
We will be raising capitol for growth for our company through selling stock and offering lots on the property for camping or building cabins.

Plans are being made for 2 more disc golf courses and plenty of other outdoor recreation, including mountain biking trails, plenty of hiking, fishing and (limited hunting during selected seasons). There is about 1/2 mile of river frontage and gigantic bluffs over looking the river and endless amounts of nature.

Anyone interested in an investment in Gateway disc sports and this recreational property should come experience this event first hand.

a regulation D 504 will be filed.

this is a step or 2 before going public ( a private stock offering) that allows a company to raise up to 1 million in funds as capitol to grow a company.
typically its people who get in at this level who make out the best if and when a company decides to go public,

I have several different way to satisfy investors at this pint one being a lot at the property others are discounts and special pricing for vendors and distributors and then there is just plain old ROI ( return on investment) something like put in 2K and get back 4-6k in 3 years or keep your stock in the company and get paid dividends per quarter based on profits.

There are a few different directions an investor can go, that will best serve them individually!

I am putting together a rather extensive hi-impact business plan that will show revenue streams coming in from 5 different companies ( owned by the holdings company Gateway disc sports).
they include disc sales, course design and installation, urban course management, Ozark recreational complex and a few retail websites that sell disc golf accessories.

is this something that may interest you?

if so we can talk on the phone more about this and I will get you involved with the paperwork once we get a little further along.

there will be a PPM ( private placement memorandum) available for review soon and a form that will have to be filled out along with the investment monies if you choose to invest.
an escrow account will be set up that will not be able to be accessed until it is about $600,000.00 funded as protection for the investors who get in first!
