A bit late for a recap, but I started last year with 10 aces and was coming off a seven ace season that had crushed my personal best.  2011 saw 24 aces, including a six ace run when I first got to Columbus, OH.  Mostly short holes last year, I'm hoping to get some longer ones in 2012, but will be happy with any disc that finds the bottom of the tray of the tee pad.

got my second ace of the year on 11/13/11hole # 12 ( also known as the whale tale ) with my west side northsman !

Got 2 and 3 for the year at our Ace Race....one of them was meaty....the other cheesy. But hey, that's what we were there for.

For the love of God and all things Holy...I finally hit my first Ace of the year!!! Man I was due! 

 

8 months into 2011.....264 days since my last Ace on 12/9/10...Local players around here were talking about starting a pool for when I would finally hit in 2011.

 

Hole 1 at Reed Canal, (yeah all the cool kids are doing it...it was my turn)

Yeah and by a bunch, the last was 374' blind shot around a group of trees and brush. It looked good right out of my hand and then we heard chains. Unlike this last ace, which we saw all the way!!!

On August 13th, 2011, hit my 28th ace at Weatherford, my home course. It was slightly downhill and I threw a big annie that got new just in time to smash the chains 436 feet away. It was also during the weekly mini and paid $126.00. I threw an old 1st Run Star Destroyer and it sure was pretty!
