played a 2 day three round tourny this past weekend. (total 71 holes) & u know i broke out the little pills.

I've gotta tell you guys, if you want to stop aching, give up SUGAR.
Don't eat anything that has sugar, corn syrup, etc., listed in the first 4 ingredients. You'll be amazed and delighted by the results after a week or two without processed sugar. If you need sweets, eat dried fruit (watch out, many are soaked in sugar), fresh fruit, maple syrup or honey.

I usually have to take about 3 Advil Arthritis or Tylenol Arthritis before I go throw. Neither has helped my game, but I do get to play more and recovery time between rounds is less. Getting old is hell, but it beats the alternative.
