Long open drives: Right arm forehand, Right arm Tomahawk, and Right arm forehand roller.
Short holes, Midrange, and Putting: Left arm backhand
I'm all messed up, but it helps me in most situations. I wish I could throw a right arm backhand but it feels and looks horrible. I consider myself right handed but much more accurate lefty.

It was great when I played ultimate in a league....I throw 4diff ways right handed accurately and 3diff ways left handed accurately, My throws were rarely blocked. ....In disc golf I'm right handed but have a good lefty roller.

i am a left originally but ive worked on my right handed shot to the point where i comfortable with it on shots out to about 200-250 ft. well i was comfortable with it at the end the fall. haha

I am an odd mix. I use my right hand for backhand and sidearm, but then I throw most overheads with my left hand. I throw some hammer shot with my right to get out of trouble though. I do many things with one hand or the other...throw left (baseball), hockey left, golf right, bowl either, write right, skip rocks left. I don't know how I ended up this way...

I threw lefty backhand for a while thinking I'd have better success than with a right sidearm, but I've found that to not be the case. It takes a lot of time practicing lefty backhand and I don't have much time to practice. I scrapped it mostly (I CAN throw it up to 150 with great accuracy) as I play ultimate every other week now and the righty forehand is a MUST for me there, so the shot is coming around on its own.

I live on my sidearm shot so I don't need to throw lefty too much. I broke my hand back in 1999 so I had to start throwing lefty. Mainly to subside my urge to play golf while I had my cast on. I picked it up pretty well and now can throw upwards of 350ft with decent accuracy. Peace

Hey everyone! It's nice to see that I am not the only one. I never had a horrible accident or any seriuos injury that lead me to throw with both hands, only the passion to better my game.

Hi guys, I had to start playing left handed about 3 month ago after I accidentally slamed my right hand into a tree (playing DG of course ;) ) and broke my 5th middle hand bone. Shit happens ^^ Although I shouldn't have played with that splint on, because the extra weight caused a back injury on top of everything. But I ain't complaining because last weekend I played the Potsdam Open and for the first time was able to throw with my right hand again. Damn, I love being a ambidextrous player - sometimes accidents can cause good things ;) Now I only have to practice hard and than I'll be rockn' Germany as the only ambidextrous female player ^^
