I throw predominately right-hand backhand, and love to throw right-hand sidearm upshots - usually turnover with some stall depending on the terrain.

If you need a left-to-right flight try left handed up to about a hundred feet. If the wind is to your advantage, or if the terrain demands, throw it lefty backhand to use the skip into a hill or away from trouble.
