My first car was a '77 Datsun B-210 Honeybee with a four speed... What was yours????????
This is my current ride, The Yamaha-designed 2.5 L High Output 200HP 99 Ford Contour SVT. And no, this is definitely not your everyday contour, but yes, it is stock. This block shares the same base as your jaguar S and X-types. After 3500 RPM the intake runners switch over to a set that is twice as long, giving you added torque and HP!!!

o.k..o.k.. my first car was a 98 VW Jetta. That doesn't mean my dad didn't raise me right. I grew up in the garage helping him modify a 72 Ford Gran Torino Sport with a 351 Cleveland. It had an edelbrock 4 barrel, aluminum high rise intake, Accel Super Coil Kit, traction bar set, wrapped in ss cragars. She was heavy but could pick up and go. ( my uncle has a black/gold striped 69 GT Torino with a rebuilt 302 ) After that came the 72 Ford Maverick Sprint edition with the grabber hood. We planned on slapping in a 351 to put out some horses but the all the lines under the car were shot. Ended up running out of cash to finish it. I'll get some pics up if I can dig them out. "I" personally would like to find a 68 Torino either put in a 351or 460. Tub it out in the back and put a modern suspension underneath. One day.

Dendog that is a sweet truck. I was looking at the Blazer version, Typhoon, a few years back. Too much power for me.... lol... not. Just too rich for my blood. The guy wanted 15,000 for it and blue book said 8,000 in perfect condition. No go but looking back I wish I could have talked him down at least a few grand.
