Been There

this club is about how many friends we can make based on having been there. I've been through Oklahoma but made no DGRus friends there. Until now. So I'm looking for friends in every place I've been.

We did the 4x4 out to green sand beach the last time, that sounds good to head out to South Point again and do some more 4x4.
Looks like November this year but for sure two weeks, so much we wanted to do that we didn't have time.

If you want to be able to see the Big Island you need at least ten days. But you spend a full day and then some traveling each way. So two weeks vacation is what it takes. Whan you return we could try to plan a 4x4 trip to the mountian or south point.

Oh how I miss the Big Island. What to do, what to do? I know, the only reasonable thing to do, GO BACK!
So, that's what my wife and I have decided to do, only for closer to two weeks this year instead of just one. I can't wait to throw some plastic and feel the trade winds on my face.
Aloha!

Aloha again. Settled on dates for my trip to the big island and made contact with a couple local disc golfers as well. I plan on playing a couple rounds while I'm there at two different courses. Thanks Dave and Kirk for the info, look foward to throwing with you guys next month.

I don't travel as much as I used to but still like to meet new people when I do. Great stories from Florida to California and in a month and a half I'm going to be able to add Hawaii to that list hopefully.
I've also been able to get some good info on courses when traveling from here.

I love meeting new friends, a big reason I like to tour. I live in Jamestown, ND we have two courses here. One is a 27 basket 13000ft championship course and the other is a normal more friendly 18 basket 4500ft course. I also like to play all over ND. If you are ever this way look me up also are state tournament and a few others normally have a few thousand in added cash and prizes. Turn out is normally around 70 to 100 players, with 25 to 40 pros. Nice cash and for the Advance they always have top of the line Frolfware baskets up for grabs. These are normally 400 dollar baskets custom engraved just sick.
