It never fails, every fall/winter - more beer+less disc golf = my pants shrink which my wife says makes my ass look fat. And I thought it was just the hat I was wearing.

Jack Daniel's Hot Wings For the chicken:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 pounds chicken drumettes For the sauce:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce

Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Coat the wings with the flour mixture. Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil in a fryer and fry wings until golden brown on all sides and cooked through – about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Dip cooked wings in the sauce and serve with blue cheese. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Here is a little Drink I just had !!!!

Tennessee Tea

1 oz. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
1 oz. Tuaca
1 oz. sweet & sour mix
2 oz. cola
Combine ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon.
