After you scan the barcode it adds the group DiscGolf to your messenger. It's typically located at the bottom under Groups. You must be running the current (5.0.0.33) BB messenger for this to work. If you don't have it visit http://blackberry.com/messenger on your BB browser. or download via app world.

As you are probably already aware; Blackberry messenger 5.0.33 was released recently. I've created a DiscGolf group using the new messenger. You can scan the barcode image above to easily join. The groups feature is quite nice and has some interesting functions. IE: Picture and Calendar even sharing, open ended group chats, list support, and more.
