Everyone always talks about Johnny Roberts but to me it's not that technical for a short course, and it is short. The other thing I disliked about it is the pedestrians, friggin everywhere, you have to wait for them to clear on almost every hole which creates more backups. Fun course to play every once in a while but that's it.

Thanks, though I'm looking to play in Denver, cause I'll be moving up there in a month or 2 (living in Colorado Springs right now).

Yeah I've been on that site before, actually how I found out this site. It's been awhile since I've been on there.

Hey everybody! I moved here to Colorado in June 2008, love it here!!! Anyways I'm going to start checking out Denver courses each weekend and wanted recommendations???? I've already played Bird's Nest, I'm thinking of playing Badlands (north) this weekend.

Hey fellas....and ladies. Joe Rovere here. Just trying to keep Disc in mind as the snow has fallen in Telluride and my skiis are out and my bag is not. It's done until March or so. Anyone use this thing?
CBass Comment by CBass on September 28, 2008 at 12:06pm
I played the Badlands for the first time this weekend, and was surprised at the elevation changes one has to traverse. Pretty good course, my first impressions always seem to be less than stellar before the course has a chance to grow on me. That said, I'll be trying some of the other metro area tracks before I return there. I live up in Greeley; anyone have a recommendation for play in the metro area?

Got a Frisco Video Ace...long, loooong time ago when there were still trees. posted it if u want 2 see.

UPDATE; Frisco is playable and there are alot less trees, probably the 17,000 afore mentioned, but still ok
Vail was not affected by the pine beetles, nor was Beaver Creek, and both were beautiful as always
Aspen was as well but it wore my arse out

Anybody know if the courses at Vail and Beaver Creek in Avon are still playable? I saw in the Summit Co news that the pine beetles were causing the forestry dept to do a de-forestation effort to curb the devastation, and I was wondering if that effort was affecting the courses or not.

Anybody got any specifics on the Pioneer DG Course in Hot Sulphur Springs, CO.?? We booked a little motel room in HSS for June 10th. going to play the course.. There's little info. and no maps of the course, if anybody has one and wouldn't mind sharing:

We are still on "dial up" internet so if you can pls. keep the size of the file small as possible, thanks!!
