I have a Culinary Arts degree from MOMS HOUSE! I was responsible for having dinner ready for my parents in the afternoon before they got home for dinner. So mom taught me how to cook at an early age. I'll look through my recipes and post a few up here later. I cant believe I didn't think about starting a club like this before.

Grilled tuna salad. Grill any type of tuna or your choice of pelagic salt water fish ( I even tryed this recipe with some bonito and it turned out great). You can seson it lightly if you like but the majority of the flavor comes later in the prep.
Combine grilled fish with mayo and mustard to your desired concistency. Then add diced red onion, and peppers( serano for mild, jalepenos for medium, habaneros for HOT!) to your taste. Finish with salt, pepper and garlic(powder of fresh) and viola! Serve on toasted bread of your choice and enjoy.

oh ya, I smoked some Marlin once, It was delicouse, I used a mixture of jackdanyals wooden barrel chips, and plain smoking chips and seasoned it up pretty nice w/ dry rubs , It was a huge hit, the chunk of marlin was about the size of a little lunch box
