Dr Z. coming through big time for the Grove.

Props to everyone who helped out at the tourney. My sleep deprived brain didn't catch everyone who brought baskets but thank you all. Props to Buck Smith and Marx Ramirez for coming through big time with the baskets. Thanks for having my back guys.

To all of the folks who showed up to support and run the tourney and didn't even play in it. WOW!

To all of the folks who aren't even disc golfers and volunteered their Saturday to support Disc Golf.
Double Wow!

I used to sell Innova discs through our league back in Kansas and there is a good profit to be made. I don't know if I can commit to this though. Whoever does, we should make sure some of the profit will go to the developments needed at "The Grove" We can probably get a connection from Andrew Rich.

I am working with the city to get woodchips and gravel delivered at the course and then get another work party scheduled afterwords. Also, the city would like to start selling discs at their ball golf course. I am stumped so far on who could do a great job of working with them. It really has to be someone who can easily visit there now and then and who will be reliable and in it for the long run. I am open to suggestions. I would rather take time and get it right, than jump in with something that will not work for both sides of the deal.

Love the map Tom, a lot easier to read than mine was. I'll try to get some out at the course for people to use.

I am going to be doing a job in eastern oregon, so I will try to tackle some of those issues when I get back. Or talk to Dan Luke.. He knows the skinny with the city.. and who to talk to about it.. its all about getting the info into the right hands at the city.

Very good on the map and thanks for getting 17 in the ground. Any Idea when the city can get to leveling and seeding 18's fairway, It would be nice to get the lakes between 1 and 2 filled and seeded as well, especially while they are so enthusiastic about the course. I know it will have to dry out some before they can do much, just wondering.
