Comment by Bill Burns on August 26, 2010 at 1:55pm: I'm looking for a small group, or could be one guy, that gets out regularly or semi-regularly, on Saturdays, and plays a practice round. With the heat being like it is, I thought if I played solo, I could play quicker and get out of the heat quicker. Although the play is faster, I don't take any time between shots to cool down, like I would if I was in a group, and I think that I would have a better chance of finishing a round if I did.

I live in North Dallas, so I would like to stay with 20 miles or so, with an occasional foray farther. I am 50, been playing forever, and my rating is just low enough so I can play Intermediate (but in my mind I am MUCH better than my rating).

Comment by eddie martinez on March 28, 2010 at 7:31pm: I signed up for DISCGOLFU.COM and noticed there were no leagues in the DFW area started on there yet. Would anyone else be interested in this? I was figuring Bear Creek since it is kind of in the middle of DFW for a consistant meet up.
