You for sure need to preplan and not just wait until new years eve to think about it (when you are drunk off your stool) Seek your doctors help and be accountable to someone each day for not smoking. I'm going to check back on this forum periodically to see how all the disc golf heroes are making out. I quit with hypnosis, some have success with the patch, cut back slowly, cold turkey, meditation, drugs if you must, but by all means, quit. You won't regret it. I promise. It's one of the most worthwhile things you could ever do. F*** Big Tobacco! We will not be enslaved any longer!!
