One last night

Tonight is my last night of smoking cigs,the dates been set fror 4 years at july1st 2009.Ive had the unattractive habit for 16 years now at a pack a day(or 1 1/4).I have a 14 mile hike planned to start my first day of cold turkey theropy.My goal is to quit forever and complete the rock and roll marathon on May 31st 2010,if any of you need any inspiration rent the movie Running The Sahara,good luck to you all,Ian Funston

Cold Turkey is the way to go; prove to yourself you don't need those icky things. I quit cold turkey in January and haven't had one since. Be strong!

Good luck brother. Be strong, "headStrong" and chew gum.I stopped "cold turkey" and haven't looked back not once. Once you do it , you will realize how easy it is!!!

If it gets difficult, don't be too proud to chew some nicotine gum or throw on a patch. Nicotine is a tough habit to break.

dont worry about it,im only worried about the cig smoke driving me crazy making me want one,i played like 12 holes today and had to go,was loosing patience easily,was about to get into it with like 6 hackers that would offer to let me play thu,they wouldnt throw untill i walked up on them an then they'ed throw multiple drives like 50 feet to the left!!!!!!super irritating,the next 4 holes ahead of them were wide open,then they tried to talk crap saying i almost hit them with a disc,i was really close to taking them all on,this course is starting to suck bad

havent had a smoke since tuesday night,noticed that im kinda overly aggressive and easily irritated,cant wait till im not thinking about having a smoke!!!!!!!!!!! if i just dont buy a pack ill never smoke again
