Come on Skinner, James and Billy - You can do it!

Find a program and use it. Use all the resources including any phone help offered. The more tools you have the more successful you are likely to be.

YOu can do it Billy. I went at least 20 and just chose to stop one day. Now I appologize to everyone that I smoked around and never really toook their feelings into consideration.

i think im going to try electric cig, you know something has you when your 13 yr old ask you to quit and you try but cant i hate these things
