I have not had a real cig. in almost a week. I have switched to the e-cig. and it comes in 4 different levels of nicotine (high, med, low, and no). I'm hoping to use it to step down off the nicotine. So far I'm just happy to not be adding to the second hand smoke in the world.

dip is a good idea, i smoked non filters so i got enough of a taste to know it should be easy to drop.5 weeks now whoo hoo

been free on those nasty things for 8 days now. what a diff'. I smoked for just over 9 years and couldn't be happier now that Ive quit. those electric cigs are gaining popularity but they are really expensive. I just chewed for five days. dip is gross, so I had no prob letting it go

I'm starting out slowly with my goal as no smoking during rounds of disc golf. Congrats to all you guys just doing it! I've tried cold turkey and just can grasp it. But I'll get there.
