Tino,

Thanks for the encouragement. I smoke close to one pack a day. Between my live-in girlfriend and I we probably kill two packs a day on average. I don't even want to know how much money I spend annually on this crap. Hopefully I can make this happen sometime this year. I am 33 and it it definitely taking it's toll on my health.

MC, you have to want it for it to work. Man, I smoked for over 20 years, 35 now, I cant believe how the fresh air smells now. I can already feel a big difference in my health. It is so worth it. And the money savings is great as well.

I need to quit but I don't want to. Been waking up hacking stuff up lately, feel like it's beginning to take it's toll. Good idea for a club.

hey now, congrats to ALL who have quit. You know it's difficult, but keep at it.You'll see the baskets better thru clear air instead of that blue, hazy smog.If you've fallen by the wayside, get back on the bus and enjoy the health ride.Peace

same here for the over a month thing. I do however remeber, I cant forget my last one, How could i have gotten into such a nasty deadly habbit. I appologize to any of my friends and most importantly my family that I smoked with or around, for I may have jeopordized your health with my stupid habbit. Well, no more!!
