The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I myself am not a veteran or active duty military, couldn't go because of one reason or another. I have lost a few friends and family in different "wars" over the years. BUT I do consider myself one of the most patriotic humans on the planet, my flag is always up and I will be the one saying something to you if you talk through the National Anthem.

This is just a note from a good ole country boy that thanks you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done and will continue to do in order to keep this great country of ours free. The way I look at it is like this, with out you guys and girls doing what you do there is a good possibility that I would not be able to play the great sport of disc golf.

Appreciate it.
Today is November 10th. Happy Birthday Marines !!!! 233rd !!! Thanks Jack for the post. I appreciate it.
Thank you for supporting the Veterans and the Soldiers serving today.
Your welcome, glad I had the opportunity to serve our great country.
Jack, your feelings are appreciated!! As a member of the Patriot Guard Riders http://www.patriotguard.org I STAND with many patriotic Americans like yourself that didn't get the chance to serve, but they are there for our Troops and their familes in their times of need. My wife, TRIED hard to join the Army like her father (SFC James E. Perse, 20+ year Ret. Vet. and 3 time Vietnam Tour), but due to medical problems couldn't pass the physcial. She however is like YOU, Red/White and Blue to the bone!! It was an honor to serve, but there's other ways to "SERVE" this great Country of ours and never have been in the military! We thank you too!

Sincerely

Your Welcome!

Re read "Bogeyman's" responce. They are my feelings as well.

I recieved a lot of support during my deployments, everyone from my childrens school teachers to my mail man (yes he is a man), to the local community. Everyones "little help" turned out to be a great help to my wife and I.

My greatest thanks goes to my wife...she deserves a Silver Star for keeping my homefront safe and secure.

Thank you Jack, and as I always respond, It was my honor to be able to serve and I salute those who served before me and those that are now in service.
