My cart is so new to me that I havent had any problems with flats.  I will try the green slime to prevent any flats, but I dont foresee any issues with stickers or thorns, my home course and most of the courses here in San Diego are pretty well layed out.  If I do travel to an unknown course I'll carry a can of fix a flat.

If you are having trouble with sticker or thorns you need to put some of the green slime in your tires.

I got a question for those that have carts.
I have partaken in several local tournaments here
in Florida. And I have seen various "carts" for disc Golf.
But the one complaint I have heard from the "stroller cart"
owners is when they play where there is a lot of stickers,
their tires get flattened. But I have not had that problem
cause of the wheels from my cart (you may look on past posts
to locate what mine looks like). Yes, I get the stickers
on my wheels, but mine has no air so all I have to do is
scrape them off with a stick after the round. Do you guys
have that problem ?

I went to Las Vegas and saw alot of players with carts, so I looked on Craigslist and paid $5 for a used stroller and here is my cart just before its first round.

I bought this jogging stroller yesterday off Craigs list, after a few mods and some geat ideas from others in this club I'm just about ready for my maiden voyage!

cart shown with little playmate cooler in lower basket, will actually hold the large playmate cooler perfectly.  large bag in top basket with small soft-side cooler attached to back of top basket to hold accessories.

The flap from your bag just goes over the bar of the cart and then when you clamp the top it traps the bag on...I use bungees on the shock tabs if I bring extra heavy drinks that hang off to the sides...the dollar store bag of small bungees holds the bottles upright, but even sagging they still do not drag on the wheels or the ground. I also customized mine with a couple of clips mounted to the sides where I clip my towel and the scorecard...ran a bungee with a ball on it around the top bars and you can stick a retriever pole and an umbrella through it and into your bag to hold it...I am loaded!
