Ideas for weekly dubs, rolling ace funds, etc ?

I've been thinking about starting a weekly doubles at a new course, and with an ace fund. Anyone care to share their ideas? Tell us about your usual routine, something new, something tried, something failed, something imagined, you name it? Share your ideas!

Here's an idea: Keep an extra $10 or $20 on hand to award to anyone that shoots a new course record.

We have a rolling ace pool that seems to be well received. I'm just wondering how high to let it get. We switch between singles and random draw doubles, might have to stay with the random draw. I'm going to try out match play at some point, probably next year when I can make it a recurring series with a champ at the end.
