We've found a bunch of really good pairings out in Washington near Seattle. I'll hi-light some of our favorites:

Course:
Fort Steilacoom Park, Tacoma WA
Well laid out course. Easy course is great for new players. Difficult course caused me to reach deep in my bag.

Brew:
Harmon brewpub, downtown Tacoma.
Excellent IPA (and they fill personal kegs for cheap), Good atmosphere, live music on weekends.

This is our favorite day trip. The course is pretty nice, but can get busy. Some of the driving ranges cross each other, but overall a fun course. The beer is near the top of our list. They are about 8 miles apart.

Seatac DGC
Very challenging, long course. Lots of long narrow drives (over half of the holes are over 400 ft). Probably my favorite overall course.

Brew:
Elliot Bay (Burien). About a mile and a half from the course. Excellent beer, and a good menu. Very original recipes (a Hefeweizen with hops?). Perfect after getting brutalized at Seatac.

For the course, bring a map or a local guide. This is the course that got me hooked on hucking.

Last one:

Course:
Sedro Wooley DGC
Long and wide course with 6 artistic baskets (made out of a grill, or random car parts). Absolutely the most beautiful course I've ever been to. On rolling farmland with lots of blackberry bush traps. Lost one disc, and couldn't even get within 30 feet of it.

Brew:
Skagit River Brewing (Mount Vernon, WA)
The Scullers IPA is tasty, and brewpub has a great, almost old western atmosphere. About 14 miles south of the course, so it is right on the way home if you came from the south (just off I-5)

Ann Arbor, Michigan
Bandemer
Ashely's
I just know to get there i don't realy have directions
8/10 - #8 from longs is imposible to birdie
probably the best selection of micro brews i've ever seen

the hopslam on tap was ridiculous....
damn sounds good i'll have to go to that bar
Codorus State Park - 54 holes - Hanover PA
Kclingers - 54 taps (est) of imports and micros (one tap is Miller light) and about 700 bottled beers in the cooler - Hanover PA
Last fall I drove from Birmingham Alabama to Seattle Wa and back. This country is full of good courses near disc golf courses. Witchata Ks was a good start. Hayes Kansas was a very fun suprise for disc golf and micro brews. I highly recommend. Denver is full of both. Seattle is a pleasure for both as is Portland. Humbolt Co Cal has good both and flagstaff was good as well.
Boonville Brewery,
California,
18 baskets are on the brewery's property and will challange you while you drink!!
The course is open to the public but always support the brewery in the gift shop,
with cold Micro and cool stamps on the disc's they have.

Out of Cloverdale whichs is on Hwy 101, take the Boonville exit and the drive is zenlike to the valley of Boonville which is about an hour out of the town of Cloverdale, or go online and Google the Brewery in California.
I just wanted to bump this back up to the top of list in hopes that we could grow the list.
