Does that imply that 2 pints of beer after exercise is better than 2 pints of water? I hope so because that is my post-disc golf routine.
This sure is good news, now I can say but I'm rehydrating, and as hot as it has been here It may take 3 brews to rehydrate. Of course you need to stay hydrated while you are playing so that is why i am building my own course at the house.
Good news to have.wonder how that will work as an excuse to an officer of the law at dui roadblocks
