Jack Daniel's Hot Wings For the chicken:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 pounds chicken drumettes For the sauce:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce

Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl. Coat the wings with the flour mixture. Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil in a fryer and fry wings until golden brown on all sides and cooked through – about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Dip cooked wings in the sauce and serve with blue cheese. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Comment by Nascar Dave on April 22, 2009 at 12:24pm: So, yesterday, after a meeting with the Parks Dept about teeboxes, I stopped by the package store on the way to the course to pick up a cold one. Low and behold, they had the Shiner Family six-packs, so I grabbed a couple and headed to the course. I shared a few brews with some friends and enjoyed the late afternoon. I really like the Kosmos and the Black, but the whole six pack is enjoyable and a nice variety.

This will not be around long compaired to Killians yr long availability.Not terible,better taste from bottle instead of gl;ass pour;Hop Hound,changed name from last years Sun Dog,wheat beer.Not a bad taste and buzz.Liked the logo better last year.Had a pic of dog holding a frizbee,ready to throw.That alone made me try it.Yeah,I know it's from the parent family of Bud.Not many local micro brews to try in SW Fl.Dead Guy Ale is a must drink always-when availible.It's like a treasure hunt to find sometimes. Twelve bucks a six pack bites into the budget, so it's a treat when found.Drink responsively-buy responsively as well!Peace

1 1/2 oz Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
1 oz Chambord®
1 oz cranberry juice
2 oz sweet & sour mix
1 splash of lemon lime soda

Mix ingredients together, shake well, and serve over ice in a rocks glass.

1 oz. Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
1 oz. Tuaca
1 oz. sweet & sour mix
2 oz. cola
Combine ingredients and serve over ice. Garnish with a lemon.
